Friendly service and great hang out spot

They sold me fajitas. But the fajitas were arracheras! Not good business. I will never buy there again. They think I don't know my meats. Don't be fooled people!

Nice store but high taxes on big purchases

Restaurant is very nice, food and staff excellent.

I've been here quite a few times, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. However aside from their $0.99 margaritas, the prices are are rather high. They charge you for every little substitution or change to your meal, and each basket of chips & salsa beyond the first will cost extra. After getting charged an extra dollar here and there for things that are free at basically every other Mexican restaurant, you start to understand why their margaritas (which have basically no alcohol by the way) are so cheap.

This is our "go to place" when we eat in Norfolk. For what ever reason this time the food was just ok. The fajita taco salad was soupy and the shell was soggy. Great staff and service.

Great customer service and big selection. You're most likely going to find what you're looking for. However, the inside itself is a little too gloomy for my liking. Other then that i completely recommend it!

What happened to this place. It was dirty .. especially the women's restroom. The food was just short of mediocre. Dad that this place is not kept up and the food and service way down

The food is authentic and fantastically delicious!! The portions are generous and, to my thinking, under-priced. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault! The service is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive! The atmosphere is intimate.

Love it!

Very fine casual dining Mexican restaurant. Walking into the building, immediately one sees the idea they want to create a festive environment. The chips and salsa were exactly what I wanted... better than the average chips and salsa I find in so many places. My wife said her chimichanga entree meal was very good and my lunch special #4 tasted superb. We had good service but did not feel smothered by someone hanging around our table too much. Overall, it was a very enjoyable midday meal and it was priced reasonably.

Great food and I didnt even have to tell them what I was there for they already had my order ready to go. Not so cheap but so good.

Had good chips and salsa. Ok cheese enchiladas. Beans were decent. Rice was bland, with nothing extra. Enchilada sauce was the kind you can buy at the store. In a can.

I love their food, always comes in a timely manor and 95% of the time we get great servers as well.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Since when do cheese dip and salsa not come with chips. And when did it become ok to not treat customers with respect. Won’t be spending any more of my money at this establishment. Don’t waste your time going here.

While their food is normally good their prices are outrageous! I ordered chips salsa and cheese dip to go. The total came to $16! I then opened my food and the chips were burnt and the cheese dip was chunky. I love this restaurant but my visits will be decreasing.

Great food.

The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Cozy seating areas make conversations with your friends fun and enjoyable.

Had the enchilada dinner. It was really good. Prices are good too.

Food was not as described in menu, what was delivered was smothered in shredded lettuce and diced tomatos hiding the fact that the enchilada fillings were minimal and not the beef I ordered. Prices were high considering quality of food delivered.

Best and most authentic Mexican food (central Mexican/DF cuisine) in the Norfolk area. We eat here weekly.

They have best produce.and always nice welcoming and friendly

Laid back atmosphere, very nice waitress, very clean. The lunch chicken fajita meat had good flavor, but the vegetables were cool and barely cooked. Rice was surprisingly flavorless & the refried beans were runny. Salsa was a disappointment, but the chips were decent. My guy had the lunch taco and burrito combo. He was not impressed. We love Mexican, but this will be our only visit to this restaurant.

Good place to buy meat for grilling.

Found this place on a whim. Greeted the minute we walked in and was given plenty of time to look through the menu. Ordered and didn’t wait more than 15 minutes for our food (6 people). Food came and it was hot and delicious. Service was exceptional. Atmosphere was quaint and relaxed.

Hard shell taco was laid in enchilada sauce so she'll was deteriorated 😥😥😥
